Estas condiciones permiten realizar procesos de microfabricaci\u00f3n para lograr la funcionalizaci\u00f3n de superficies, como fotolitograf\u00eda, grabado, recubrimiento por inmersi\u00f3n y otros. Utiliza una punta extremadamente afilada unida a un cantilever para detectar las fuerzas entre la punta y la muestra, generando as\u00ed una topograf\u00eda detallada. <\/p>\n<p>Aplicaciones: Estudio de materiales a nivel at\u00f3mico, caracterizaci\u00f3n de superficies, medici\u00f3n de fuerza intermolecular, biolog\u00eda molecular, nanotecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestro NaioAFM es un microscopio de fuerza at\u00f3mica vers\u00e1til y f\u00e1cil de usar que permite caracterizaciones topogr\u00e1ficas en diversos modos de operaci\u00f3n y realiza caracterizaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica b\u00e1sica y espectroscop\u00eda de fuerza.
