Our lab offers an ISO3-standard cleanroom environment with advanced fabrication and material processing capabilities, including maskless photolithography, wet etching, metal deposition, dip coating, and redox treatments.  We complement these services with the characterization of surface chemistry and topography of the fabricated samples.

Working space of 20 square meters with ISO3 cleanroom standards, chemical hoods and safety infrastructure and protocols certified by the Safety Laboratory Program of the Catholic University of Chile.

Maskless Photolithography

Customized maskless optical lithography with resolutions down to 5 µm thanks to our new HomeMask device. Any 2D pattern geometry is possible.

Chemical etching process for controlled material removal from polymeric, metallic and ceramic substrates.

Controlled deposition of metallic thin films on substrates with nanometer-scale precision in thickness.

Creation of uniform thin films on substrates through a controlled dip process in customized solutions, including nanoparticles and composites.
